Do you have a heart that loves to perform on stage? Interested in getting involved in a production done at Cabaret Theatre, but you are worried about your schedule being too crazy? Want to be able to work with first-time directors in order to make awesome art?! Then you should come down to Cabaret Theatre and audition for the 2015 Directors' Showcase!
What's Directors' Showcase, you say?
Every year, Cabaret Theatre gives students with little-to-no directing experience a chance to learn the craft by having them direct a short, 10-20 minute play of their choosing that will be performed in the space for the public to see. It is a fun and wonderful opportunity for both actors and directors! And, rehearsals are made to fit your schedule; this event is less of an intense commitment then a main stage!
Worried that you might not have enough theatre experience to get involved? Directors' Showcase is the best place to start if you are interested in performing, or with just generally getting involved at Cabaret Theatre!

**Auditions and callbacks will be at Cabaret Theatre, located at the corner of Suydam St and Nichol Ave**
Monday, September 28th, 7:00pm-11:00pm
Tuesday, September 29th, 7:00pm-11:00pm
Callbacks will be on Wednesday, September 30th, at time TBD
Things to Bring/Prepare:
-Your schedule/list of conflicts up until November 22nd
-Your RUID number
Auditions are opened to part-time and full-time Rutgers undergraduate students.
