We are excited to announce open auditions for RetrOPF!
The Original Play Festival is comprised of 5 plays:
“Above the Ground" by Jack Oliver, directed by Carson Cummins
"In The Sunlight" by Grace Hazen, with an open director slot
"Alpena" by Carson Cummins, with an open director slot
"The Family Portrait" by Caleb Barron, directed by Thomas Pflanz
"Chai Love" by Maggie Kelly, directed by Maria Castro
How to audition:

Option 1 : Self Tape
Pick up to 2 audition sides to record. Please record yourself reading with another person (does not have to be another person auditioning- family members/housemates will do!)
Recorded Auditions must be sent in by Monday, September 28th at 11:59 PM

Option 2 : Live Audition
Pick up to 2 audition sides. Select a time and schedule a live audition. The live audition will take place with someone on prostaff who is not casting (the Artistic Director or the Coordinator). The live audition will be recorded and sent to the Directors. NOTE: although we recommend self tape, we want to provide this option for accessibility, and it will not affect your chances of being casted!
Live auditions will be held 7:00PM - 10:00PM Wednesday the 23rd and Thursday the 24th. If you require a live audition but cannot make these times, reach out to ssc153@scarletmail.rutgers.edu AND artistic.cabarettheatre@gmail.com
